Getting Started
Thank you for your interest in the User Activity Audit Log plugin. This app gives you the possibility to search, filter, and view a detailed log of user activities across your cloud instance.
User Activity Audit Log is a Jira application used to track, analyze, and report user and system activities across Jira. It helps administrators monitor actions such as work item changes, user activity, and system events for auditing, compliance, troubleshooting, and security purposes. The tool is mainly used by Jira administrators and support teams to investigate activity history and ensure transparency across the system.

With the User Activity Audit Log you can:
Generate users’ activity log
Easily Search and filter activities based on:
- Users
- User Groups
- Projects
- Organizations
- Date Range
Enhance search and filters with JQL
Save, reuse, share, and manage filters
View a cumulative number of actions made by the user for:
- Work items: created, updated, deleted, status changed, commented, comment updated, comment deleted, work item link created, work item link deleted
- Worklogs: created, updated, deleted
- Projects: created, updated, deleted
- Users: created, updated, deleted
- Users: deactivated, reactivated, last active (requires Atlassian Access on the instance)
- Global features enabled/disabled
- Assets: created, updated (requires Jira Service Management Premium)
View detailed user activities in work items, including old and new values.
Export the data
Integrate with the external applications (like SIEM) with API or Webhooks.
