Connect to Forge Migration
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the app and transition to the Forge platform, we want to inform you that all existing URL Endpoints will be deprecated by July 1st, 2025. In their place, new and more secure URL Endpoints will be established. This update reflects our commitment to improving the app’s security and reliability.
Atlassian has announced the End of Support for Connect, and we are currently developing the Secure Attachments Transfer feature on the Forge platform.
Please note that all existing URL Endpoints will remain operational until July 1st, 2025. Before this deadline, it is essential to create new URL Endpoints and update your corresponding Jira Automations. You will not need to modify the Configuration (Connection) or API Tokens.
You can see the Migration Alert for all the URL endpoints that should be recreated:
To see the new URL Endpoint, click the Edit button and go the to URL Endpoint details:
The new endpoint is available under the label NEW.
Click the Copy button to copy the endpoint and replace the old endpoint in your automation(s).
You can also regenerate the endpoint by clicking the Regenerate button. You will see the confirmation pop-up, and clicking the Regenerate button will immediately generate the new endpoint:
The audit log will not show the actions done through the old URL (the one that will be deprecated)!
